Drop-In Bedliners: Drop-in liners are a single or multiple insert system made of rubber or plastic. They are designed to protect the truck bed from damage while hauling sharp or heavy objects. They require drilled holes to be installed and held in place, and do not bond to the truck bed. This allows water and other debris to get under the liner, causing corrosion and scratches that can damage the truck permanently. The drop-in liners do not serve to prevent cargo from shifting or sliding. Over time, they will warp and crack.
